It can be worse, there was a case I believe in AZ where the boy was 13 as well, but the teacher got pregnant and kept the child. Once he turned 18, either she, the state, or both sought and won child support!!! That's right, the victim had to pay to get raped, I kid you not. Look up Hermesmann v. Seyer.

"Hermesmann successfully argued that a woman is entitled to sue the father of her child for child even if conception occurred as a result of a criminal act committed by the woman." As if that wasn't bad enough, the parents of the raped child have no say in the matter. But the final insult to injury, she can sue for BACK child support!!

Imagine turning 18 and owing your rapist 6 years of child support!!

We need to get Congress to sit down and pass an explicit list of crimes for which capital punishment is on the table if not mandatory(how that didn't already happen in the wake of Furman v Georgia is beyond me), and then we need to somehow get SCOTUS to overturn Kennedy v Louisiana, because that abomination of a ruling is why pedos never seem to get the death penalty.

I understand this group sees everything under the lens of women getting away with crap, but it’s only recently that male teachers were prosecuted for this. Some of it even describe it as “woke culture” and blame the children or the parents bc “their kid got seduced.” Also, race and economic strata play a role.

This woman is a rapist. Her prison time should be more. She’s a predator. Even in the US, where states have the age of consent at 16 (which I dont agree with), nowhere is it 13. 13 is pedophilia and I would argue even for 18 yr olds, that is just an age where you dont go near them or sexualize them.
