Ask your attorney but generally not a good idea. Ex can claim dissipation of martial assets. If judge finds you guilty then the court could order you to pay her share out of your income (if you have no assets left).

And your ex will most likely find out. Also, if judge finds out you did this then the whole divorce trial will not go your way at all.

My ex didn’t disclose an account. Just didn’t. I was able to prove it with tax return. Before judicial settlement she just spent it all. Judge berated me for bringing it up because there was nothing in the account and you can’t divide 0. Family court logic.
