Hate of others usually reflects a hate for some part of yourself.

So let's say you hate that you're unattractive to women, or hate that you might be afraid of talking to women or hitting on them.

This can then turn into a projection where you turn that self hate into hating women instead. That's easier and protects your sense of worth. "It's not me that's the problem. It's them!".

It's a normal phase a lot of guys go through. First you blame your parents. Then you blame society. Then you blame women. And finally, you begin to blame yourself. When you blame yourself you can either man up and do something about it - or you can fall into a pit of dispair and self-loathing. Everyone has to make a choice at that point.

U don't hate women, u hate what women awaken in you. Ur negative feelings towards them are a projection of inner conflict, resentment towards ur own insecurities, unmet desires and unhealed wounds that women inadvertently expose. You hate the fact that u don't feel like a real man unless you get sex, that you don't feel good enough unless they give you sex.

You don't like women, but feel they are the gatekeeprs of sex which is a physical activity that u feel you have a right to but can't have access to. This shows entitlement and sexual frustration. You don't want them, you want access to they have.

Entitlement leads to rejection which leads to resentment, which leads to dehumanization of women which further fuels more entitlement because their feelings and needs stop mattering to u, because then you stop seeing them as humans anymore, they become gatekeepers that stop u from getting what should be ur right.

You think sex is about u , about your worth as a man, about proving your masculinity. You don't give a fuck if a woman enjoys having sex with u or not, unless of course it's to prove to urself and to others that u are the reason she enjoys it because u are just so alpha and cool that her enjoy makes u feel better about yourself, since it's another form of approval.

It wouldn't be genuine care for what u r creating with her through sex (potential offspring/reinforcing a connection), it's just how much it would mean to u if a woman loved the sex you give her because then that would be something you interpret as proof that you are just so goodm worthy and a chad.

And if she doesn't enjoy it then it don't matter as much as long as you still have the sex because all you hope is to get that little proof that "hey, at least i managed to fuck her", "at least i conquered her", "for a few hoursm she was submissive with me which made me feel dominant and masculine, isntead of demasculated", "i was fucking that ass with a hot girl, and that means i am desirable, i am good enough, and i am a real man".

All of this is you just feeding your ego, just seeking approval and validation from women. If a woman gives u sex, it's like she has dictated sentence about yoru worth as a man

But that's the thing women are not tools of self-affirmation where a woman liking u is something u interpret as proof that u are worth something, and a woman not liking u is something you interpret as proof that you are worth nothing.

You don't get sex because women don't feel like u care about them that whenever u talk to them, you just forget about the human and isntead only thing of the outcome (sex) you want to get at. And even if you try to pretend to care about them as humans, you only do it expeciting to be rewarded with sex by the end of the conversations, and this vibe makes it impossible to genuinely connect with the women so as a result due to the lack of romantic connection u can't get sex.

And so when they don't reward u with the sex then you feel like you've wasted ur time getting to know them becuz u never genuinely cared in the first place. You were just pretending to care and performing, not genuinely appreciating them for who they are, but fantasising about what they could give.

So the solution is to stop attaching so much worth to sex, stop acting like it defines you, like it proves yoru wroth because ti doesn't. That's just a story you've build in your head, and start genuinely giving a shit for real without expcetations. Only then you will get sex, when it stops being an obssesion.

I commend your reflection and effort to get rid of your hate. It mostly stems from patriarchal views of women ie most women in your life (mother, sisters) cooked and cleaned and probably didnt attend school with boys attending school and working. The best way to get rid of your hatred is two fold: 1. befriend women and 2. abstain from sex. Your viewpoint as it seems looks as though women are sex objects to you. You need to cleanse your mind and sever the connection that women are only useful for sex and reproduction. Try studying with girls in your classes, attending extracurricular activities and treating the girls as you would with the boys. it will be very difficult to recondition yourself but I trust your self reflection will help you. It is the result of your experiences with women and the painful emotions they have caused. You have suppressed these emotions and they are coming out as negative thoughts and feelings about women. When the ego doesn’t want to feel an emotion, it finds something external to blame for it, as a mechanism to protect yourself and maintain your self image.

The only way is to allow yourself to feel all the painful emotions that you never allowed yourself to feel, so that they can be released from your body. Once they are released you will have fewer negative thoughts and feelings about women.

You cannot make the hate go away by suppressing it, that only makes it stronger over time. Same goes for any emotion. You can only make it go away by allowing yourself to experience it fully to its completion.

I think you should focus on becoming a more well-rounded person. Even from people who are not as strong intellectually or academically we can still learn a lot and often have other strengths. That being said statistically men and women are equally intelligent and just because people are not interested in the same topics or share the same views doesn’t mean they‘re less intelligent.

Also consider therapy because this view on any gender is definitely not healthy. Also working on building connections and emotional intelligence- helps you also in your professional life.

Men and women who don’t shed their hatred of the opposite sex as they age tend to be miserable. Your goal should be your happiness without hurting others. That’s all there is to life.

I suggest you to go out there and interact with women and do not stop if you find a person who talks well. Talk to a lot of women and get to know about them and where they’re coming from.
