The mother of my children is a mixture of wanting to buck traditional roles while claiming traditional benefits. She wants to have primary custody of our children. She has not put in the parenting work to demand such a thing. I've pushed for 50/50 despite my opinions of having done the majority of parenting labor because it makes sense to have both parents in our kids lives. I live in a state where 50/50 is not the expected outcome of a trial. Trial seems to be on the horizon.

If I had done all of the parenting tasks I had done and been their mother, I would have nothing but confidence moving forward. But that is not the situation.

Any dad's in here get a favorable outcome from trial? If so, what secured that for you?
