How often do women hold other women accountable ?

Men are always told by women to hold other men accountable. On the surface, that seems like a perfectly reasonable request. But then there are plenty of bad, toxic women in society who aren't held accountable by other women. If a man tries to do that, he is called a misogynistic incel.

For this approach to work, both sides need to take responsibility for their own.
