The feelings come from comparisons you’ve made between the person you imagine yourself to be (which has some glancing relationship to who you are) and the person you imagine others to be. So drop all the imagining of who you are and who others are, Ana just drop into what you’re actually experiencing right now. Then feel into the body. You are fundamentally vulnerable. Can you embrace that vulnerability with a kind heart?
