The more you bring this guy up to your wife, the more sue knows that he makes you insecure. When she knows that he makes you insecure, she automatically starts feeling that he is more attractive than you.

Don't say shit to your wife. Life goes on as before.

Go to the gym. Stronglifts 5x5. Eat 1g/lb of bodyweight in protein and 500 kcal above your TDEE if skinny and 500kcal below TDEE if you're a fat fuck.
