Been lifting for 12 years now. Having muscles gets you in the front door of a woman’s attraction. Still have to put in work in other areas.

Also in the early stages of lifting I realized that I should lift because I enjoy it... not that having abs would get you laid

U could use more vascularity. You guys have no idea unless u have it, how attractive this is for girls. I'm at 5.9% bf and vascular as fuck and they go nuts over it, they literally stare at my body at the gym and outside. Do a cut for a few weeks that should do it considering where ur already at
