I've noticed that there are some people, both men and women, who somehow can have casual sex almost whenever they want. Sure, there are times that they get rejected, but more often than not they'll be able to sleep with someone.

And all these people have differing levels of attractiveness, and possibly the same type of charm, that it seems to me that their ability to have casual sex like that is something innate in them. It's something that they are born with, that can't be taught.

But I'm not sure how true it is, especially considering there could be other factors at play. I don't know their history, what they've had to gone through to get to this point.

I mean, could you take an average person, teach them, and they'll have the ability to have more casual sex then they did before? Or will it be a waste of time as they've already hit their limit?

Is the ability to have casual sex almost whenever you want something you are born with or can it be taught?
