I would still want the closeness and body contact and stimulation - who knows, it might bring me out of the coma. Also, causing blood to flow around the body is good for it.

I would still want him to hug me and cuddle up to me and tell me what he feels for me - sex is just an extension of that. It wouldn't just be him using my comatose body for his self-gratification but it would be him keeping our relationship alive, until hopefully I wake from the coma.
