But just the same, when you're a dick asshole to someone, people might tell you off and exercise their freedom to be a counter-dick-asshole as a response to what you've just done.

It's interesting how BPers cherry pick exactly what should libertarian and should be authoritarian. Women being slut shamed? Misogyny that must be addressed by society. Men being incel shamed? It's my right to shame and demean people as much as I want. Women only wanting top 20% of men? It's just the free sexual market place. Women only making 77 cents for every dollar a man earns? Do you just mean that you should be able to call people "ugly" if you feel like it? I mean, you can totally do that. It's just kind of mean.

Why does it matter as long as no one is forcing you to have sex with any of these people? If an obese woman hits on you, you can just say "no thanks" and be done with it, right? Who's telling you that you have to pretend that ugly people aren't ugly?

Yes, it is legal to shame people for their unattractiveness, and nobody is going to change that in the US. The only censorship efforts I see are from feminists in the UK trying to ban ads featuring attractive women on the subway.

Freedom of speech, at least in America, mainly means you can say what you want without worrying about the government or some other organization punishing you for what you say (as long as the speech isn't criminal). You don't have to accept anyone's sexuality, but shaming them for it can result in you being ostracized.

If you want to shame omegas or fatties, that is your right but it may cost you a lot of friends or employment opportunities, even if you can find a way to logically explain why shaming such people is best for society in the long run.

I think in general, people in the U.S. are too sensitive about what people say online. When someone says something really offensive or asinine, there are always plenty of people who's first goal is to find out where they work and get them fired. I don't understand this mentality, with the exception of where the speech clearly is in conflict with the person's line of business (like when a judge will make clearly racist comments, etc.) However, it is legal for people to do this as you have no right of employment and your job is not protected when you do stupid things that your employer becomes aware of.

But you and I aren't allowed to condemn and shame the fat chick. So we should either allow the shaming of women, or disallow the shaming of low SMV men.

And then there's the fact that low SMV men are penalized economically too. Men who are able to attract a partner for marriage get rewarded with tax benefits. Men who can't have to shoulder a heavier tax burden through no fault of their own - i.e. it's not a choice for them. Being single and unmarried past a certain age also puts a huge dampener on a guy's career prospects. All those things are definitely not any sort of freedom that anyone should have.

This is a misinterpretation of "Freedom of Speech" as covered by the Constitution.

Freedom of speech is about protection from the GOVERNMENT when you say things the government does not want to hear. There is nothing in there about speech between private individuals.

Say whatever you want, that's always been your right. But calling it "Freedom of Speech"...? No, that's not what is. The difference is important to understand.

I don't see how this can be a CMV as what you state in the title is factually correct.

However, anyone with a modicum of human decency and compassion will not mock omega males and obese women.

These two groups are at the lowest end of the social totem pole, so why would someone who's higher up be so mean-spirited and cruel to shame (ie. bullying for adults) them?

Allowed sure, we are free to do all that. So we can also call girls bossy, sluts sluts and single mothers scum. See where I am going? These things are not good for some people. Sluts will slut it up no matter how often you shame them, but genuinely nice, confirming girls will have their sexuality fucked up by it. So there you didn't solve the slut problem and harm innocent young women, that makes you a horrible being and in an ideal world you would be punished for it. But that's a thing of the past, social norms can't be enforced anymore and everyone is free to harm others verbally. It's not good for society and that's important, stating your obvious rights is a rather useless statement in this regard.

I think its open season for everybody except for the disabled or people who have serious health problems that they were born with. everyone else even a 1 can reach atleast a 4 if they workout eat right. make decent money.
