So, in my previous thread, I posted an article about a 22 year old college girl who had sex with 5 football players in the same night. The women claimed she had consensual sex with 2 of them, but 3 of them it was not consensual.

In this post, despite their being video evidence of the girl not resisting to anything, and consenting to sex(which the detectives agreed with), many people refused to accept that no rape occurred. Many people alleged that "the entire incident wasn't filmed therefore its meaningless evidence". They claimed this even though the woman had no evidence to prove her rape, just her word.

What this shows is that people will assume a woman's word is true while questioning a man's word. A man's video evidence is inferior to a woman's evidence free claim. In any situation, you can't tell if a girl is going to regret wild sex acts while drunk, and if she feels you raped her people will assume she is telling the truth.

Therefore, there is no socially or legally safe way to have drunk sex, at least in American college campuses.
