Blue.

Swimming, kayaking, hiking and yoga. I also recently started playing tennis which I haven't done since junior high. I SUCK.

I like running more than any other exercise. It tends to get derailed a lot since I have a lot of things I value to juggle, but I find pushing my endurance, on a treadmill or out on a path along the water soothing.

Other than that I enjoy fencing and combat sports. I'm really bad at it, but it's fun. Aggression appeals to me.

Lately I've been trying to get better about doing yoga, for health reasons. I'm trying to be more relaxed and less of a perfectionist.

Split, female.

My schedule is scary-busy and unpredictable, so I can't do scheduled team sports. I'm not a very competitive type, either, so it suits me.

I go running 2-3x week with a group, though, and hit the gym another 3-4x week.

Have to keep a minimum fitness level for the Army Reserves. I'm still getting over an ankle injury from several months back so currently I'm working on just passing my 2mi run.

Shit sucks.

I'd rather be lifting, honestly. I love the feeling after a good workout. Endurance training is not my thing, though. After every run, I'm just spent and sore, even though we usually don't do more than 2-3mi.

Climbing, running, yoga and pilates, general gym and light lifting are my regular workouts, and I play the occasional game of badminton. I take the odd dance and tai chi class and mean to do more when I have a quieter schedule. Would love to try krav maga - it's on the list!

Purple. I do an intense style of yoga that I doubt is really yoga. They just call it that for marketing purposes.

Used to play indoor soccer once a week and loved it, but now I'm too slow and don't like the injury risk.

Edit: I also did Crossfit for a couple years but came to dread going to class. The yoga class is the perfect level of challenge for me.

Oh, I also realized. Work is a physical activity being a scaffolder and building stuff, dismantling stuff, moving material, pulling it up with a rope, with your hands, on your shoulder, sending it down, up the stairs, down the stairs, all that stuff. I guess I kinda take it for granted that it can be pretty physical.

I am BP. I go to the gym, I like walking and hiking. A friend of mine is trying to convince me to get back into cycling, I ditched it because I got wrist pain or lower back pain on longer rides. I should add something else to the mix. Maybe tai chi or something similar.

I walk a lot on the job, I do not do well with sitting for long period of time because of the back issues. Some kind of exercise every day is really essentially for me because I get kind of cranky or unsettled otherwise.

Jogging 3 times a week normally with a friend. Paintball a couple of times a month. Rock climbing alternate Sundays, I swim most Sundays. Some weightlifting but not bodybuilding, just toned lean muscle, I occasionally go hiking but not very often.

I used to play football in high school, started fighting in college(Muy Thai and JuiJit Sui).

I lift, do random shit in the gym and walk places

1) one because I'm boring like that

2) two because most of my friends are lazy omega geeks and I have to do something

3) three because of my heart problem/hypochondria giving me a fear of cardio/HIIT (yes I know lol)

4) because the testosterone I inherited from my father would otherwise be so low it's depressing.
