Much as I hate playing white knight, I am starting to believe that RP is one of those philosophies which cannot be falsified over the Internet. It is a pretty water-tight theory, with its own lingo that is impervious within its own vacuum. It has all the hall-marks of a good elitist program: great recruitment techniques, persuasive to the point of manipulative rhetoric, believable social/cultural/political context, run-of-the-mill self-improvement advice, intimidation tactics for dissenters, a closed system which relies upon the notion all dissenters either lie or experience reality as more sugar-coated than it really is, borrowing topics from the PUA industry with its own 'unique' gimmicks and terminology, etc. There is only one area which can be truly falsified, and that is 'bio-troofs' (see earlier threads) Everything else becomes subjective.

PPD is literally one person's word against the other. Plenty of research is provided for why current social dynamics might be the way they are, but nothing is absolute. As such, anecdotal data is considered the highest authority for both parties. Ironically, anecdotes are the only thing which will really make a difference. It reminds me of the old religious burden of proof fallacy for the existence of God-"well, prove that you're right and he doesn't exist!"

I don't 100% trust what the women here are saying either, but in line with my previous thread, anybody can talk shit over the Internet (man and woman) and it makes sense to listen to the shit from both sides to get a clearer picture.

edit: I'm getting a down vote train. Yes I am shit testing you inquisition-style to see if your story's legit. It's too easy for either side to say "yeah they're not on the alpha/beta spectrum your model is wrong" and then turn out to be on it after all.

What can we conclude from this, men? You don't have to lift, but you do have to be fucking interesting. (Disclaimer: lifting boosts confidence and energy levels to talk about/do interesting shit, so imo work out anyway)
