Personally, I think there's way to much talk about women for a Mens Conference

It's not the least bit surprising. NPR did a whole series last summer about men called "Men in America" that seem to focus more on how men should defer to women. Pretty much just shaming anything masculine.

Why is this a men's issue? If women want to be in tech, be in tech. I really respect Lovelace and Hopper, but I notice most of the women who are complaining about the gender ratio in tech are the ones who took Liberal Arts.

Will probably mostly be about etiquette. Fine.

"Warped ideas of success."

Used the word "toxic" - and we all know what comes after that

"Gender-based violence"

By "gender-based", they mean male perpetrator female victim. Because the opposite doesn't happen ever. "Gender-based violence" is the way patriarchs keep women subordinate, you see.

"Masculinity and Mental Health"

There it is! Toxic masculinity! Actually, this one might be good - asking for help is hard for men to do and I think male feminists might have the right of it here.

"Talk with Boys About sex"

Teach men not to rape!

I think I agree with you, but all the "about" links aren't working for me so I don't have much info to go on...seems kind of like it might be a women's conference masquerading as a men's conference. Yeah no. Were I building a start up my only concerns would be catering to my investors by doing what it takes to become profitable ASAP. Now, I can see how gender relations could play into this; I mean if women really are paid less to do the same level of work, that would really help out my bottom line.
