Some are lying but I think people underestimate how quickly men of poor moral character and/or toxic lifestyles age. Drugs, lack of sleep, stress, bad energy, excessive alcohol, poor nutrition, lack of exercise, and poor skin care DO accumulate over time to result in them looking old AF. Most of them who come around to any form of consistent self-care aside from haircuts don’t do it until the signs are already there. Women usually choose prevention which is why we generally look better, all things being equal.

A couple years ago, I went out with a 31 year old who had a George Jefferson graying hairline and a saggy face. 😭 He looked decent in pictures, but in person, he legit looked like he could have been my older uncle. So tired looking. And he had the yellowish eyes to top it off. Embarrassing. First and last date with that one.

As a vintage lady in my own right, I can confirm for you that they're totally full of shit. I've seen guys claim they're 38 and they don't even pass for 48. And I can speak for my peers by telling you that the only things that will make a guy LOOK 40 are:

a) constant booze and drugs

b) being a manual laborer like a roofer or construction (see a)

c) some sort of massive health crisis or weight loss

d) being at least 40

Even the bald and chubby ones will keep the baby fat around their face in their 30s. But if a guy has a forehead like a shar-pei, crepey eyes, grooves in his face, eyebrows that are disappearing, temples that have receded an inch back from his ears, a deflated jawline and a neck like a grizzled sea captain, HE IS OLD.

After 40, then there is definitely a deep schism between the ones who look good and the ones who look like dogshit.

They’re 100% lying about their age. I asked one guy I met in person to see his drivers license and he wouldn’t show me. Not even joking....he said he was 33. LMAO SUREEEE! Byeeee next!

They don’t take care of themselves in any regard. They eat like shit, half of them have likely never touched a vegetable in their life, no skincare routine (probably wash their faces with bar soap) and think they age into these weathered manly men that 19 year olds are lining up for.

They are all hoping that when they over 40 they will have money, and are banking on young girls being 'gold diggers' but lets face it, woman will be earning and working in a far more equal society by then, and the notion of 'gold digger' (young hot thing that will bang crusty old man for access to a credit card and a nice car will be MYTH)

I put my age range between 24-27. I’m 24. I notice dudes start to get ugly around 27ish and progressively gets worse around 28 and above LOL it’s like they stop giving a crap about their personal hygiene and diet.

And they always accuse us of lying about our age. 🙄 ok maybe so but atleast women pick an age they can actually pass for. Men be looking like gramps talking about "age: 23" Also women don't lie about their age to hook up with men young enough to be their sons. They are trying to get the attention of men their own age who would others ignore them. Its our society telling women they aren't good enough if they're not under the age of 25
