Ive found you can tell a lot about a girl by the way she spends her weekend.

If she spends it being hungover and watching netflix, then she's probably low value.

These are typically the most manipulative and dangerous women. They know how to act like quality women on the surface but will destroy you. They cant respect men.

Low-quality women generally lack elegance and grace. They talk loudly, swear and have a distinctive masculine way of expressing themselves, as if they were trying extra hard to imitate men to be accepted by others. They also have tattoos, piercings anywhere other than ears and can't dress well.

The reason for this is because they were never taught to act feminine and society lets get them away with their lack of it.

For me low quality women 1. Don’t read 2. Tattoos 3. Drink too much/are high every day 4. Don’t exercise 5. Post constantly on social media/use it 6. Don’t eat healthy 7. Are on anti depressants 8. Don’t have a clean room/car/house 9. Spend their money on bullshit like clothes and makeup and can’t save 10. Can’t cook 11. Low self esteem 12. Super high n count 13. Call themselves “sex positive” 14. Hedonistic in general

Good high quality women are the opposite of the above

A high value woman trusts in your masculinity. A low value woman does not.

A high value woman is less combative of her submissive instincts, and of your gender-appropriate instincts to guide and control her. She might posture like a man because society has taught her to, but you can see the hesitation in her.

A low value woman will posture like a man and try to make everyone around her believe it. She desperately needs it to be true, because she doesn't trust you or any other man to care for her.

Note that women can change categories as well.

I think a tell is being a low information voter or consumer. If she makes big decisions based off emotions that could come to bite you. They’re very emotional creatures by nature but there are some common sense limitations.

Attention is another thing; especially to you or those close to her. There’s a developmental stage in small children called parallel play. If she interacts solely with herself in situations under the guise of being present then I wouldn’t wife it. Conflict resolution skills are huge - listen to how she addresses conflict with friends and coworkers or better yet family. If she adds in dialogue she thought but didn’t say and it was reasonable to mention then that’s someone who when you get mad at will:

Be mad at you for being mad at them (not good) and
Will harbor resentments against you because they’ll say it in their head instead of being mature enough to figure out how to express it in a non-volatile way. It’s easy to blow up and get that dopamine rush that comes from indulging rage and anger. Last is loyalty. One day you’ll need her and you want to make sure the time invested isn’t all for not when shit hits the fan.

Micro expressions of this are during stressful or high risk environments like white water rafting, overnight hikes in foul weather, rock climbing - does she blame you for getting wet or falling out of the raft, does she bitch and moan about the weather and being soaked to the bone for 3 days straight or does she critique herself, admit mistakes and try to be happy even if the situation isn’t ideal. That’s one expression of loyalty which is often confused with fidelity.

Tbh with you i think i only met few "quality girls" in my entire fucking life who are my age (21). Older women sure. But gen z girls are fucked up all around. I gave up on that search a long time ago. And tbh i quite enjoy the damaged girls. Although idk what i will do once i decide to have kids. I wouldnt want any of girls i met (besides the good ones, 2 or 3 at max) to be mother of my children.
