Honestly, if you have some sort of relationship with a girl like that, that says and does stuff like that, you are a chump no matter what.

Somewhere along the way men forgot that there are girls that you fuck and there are girls that you date. This is a classic example of a girl that you just fuck.

You don't lead her, you don't take shit form her, you don't even tell her to shut the fuck up... You just fuck or leave.

This is the exact reason men are so weak, they start by already submitting to the girl. Be it by being overly submissive or overly "dominant". They will go to the both ends of the spectrum to try to woo m'lady. While this girl is straight up a dumb cunt.

If I ever had to tell my LTR to "shut the fuck up" and aggressively put her in her place, she wouldn't be my LTR. Just like this woman needs a man to put her in her place, I need a woman who already knows her place and respects me enough not to test/question it in such an overt and severe way.

Like another user said, there are women that you fuck and there are women that you date/LTR. In newer generations like my own the former far outnumber the latter due to the effects of social conditioning and the prevalence of children being raised by single mothers. As a male you have to be very experienced and wise with women in order to properly vet them. The reason being that women who are only good for fucking always try to masquerade as good girls who are worth locking down for a relationship. It's ingrained in their sexual strategy and they are damn good at lying and convincing the majority of males of it.

The damage that has been done to the woman in OPs story and her ability to pair bond is not beyond repair, but is most certainly more effort/investment than it's worth. With the abundance of new undamaged goods on the market, there is no reason a high value male should ever subject himself to the horrors of a broken woman.

this particular girl might be terrible, but the things she is saying are nearly universal. women absolutely despise men who don't stand up to them.

this is just one of those things that most women typically don't say out loud, especially not to lower quality males. there is immense feminist social pressure to be a strong, take-charge modern woman (note how the girl in the OP is talking about her need to be dominated but still calls herself an "alpha woman").

also it functions as a way to distinguish the natural alphas from the betas and shitty fake alphas- a natural alpha will be dominant even when a woman says that's not what she wants. a beta or a man with little experience will listen to her words and do what she says, marking him as undesirable and easily controlled.

if a woman already sees you as an experienced alpha who knows what he's doing, and she trusts you not to be judgemental, it's fairly common to hear things like this, even from so-called "good girls" or "the girls you date." how much they like guys who don't take shit, how disgusted they are by beta males who don't stand up for themselves, etc.

honestly, out of all the things that women find attractive, height, 6 pack abs, social status, whatever; the thing that might be most powerful and turns them on the most may very well be when they think of you as the kind of guy who absolutely won't take any bullshit.
