Your issue is that you're comparing yourself to others and judging your self worth on that. It's easy to get depressed when you do that, especially when you're lacking in one particular area.

What you need to do is just let go. Realize that nobody will know you didn't lose your virginity until you were 22. Nobody will known you were a fat ugly pussy in highschool. Nobody. Yes. All the time. Even post-TRP it fucks with me. It's a permanent scar to my psyche made worse because I am high-T, I had so much libido as a teen that it's really not fair what being InCel did to me. Most guys that are InCel I get it, frustrated. Bro, I didn't get laid until I was 32 (now 36). I'm not even bad looking, just moderate depression / no self esteem / no social skills due to shitty upbringing. Most of the posts on justneckbeardthings very much remind me of myself in my 20s. The late bloomer doesn't bother me at all. Once you get the foot in the door all being a late bloomer does is give you a sense of urgency to your self improvement. The little bitch that you were is still right behind you and he gives you reason to move forward every time you look back. Some people I know went the opposite way, they started off as dominant men, but fell into patterns and got too comfortable. They didn't know what it felt like to lose all the time, now they've gone from winning to the middle of the pack and they're okay with it. For me, coming from last, I have one spot in my mind. It just so happens that being in first in life after college takes the rest of your life, where being first in highschool or college is pretty easy comparitively.

The feeling of missing out plagues all people, just in different ways. There's people who got plenty of tail in college who would love to do it all over and correct their mistakes. It's a natural yearning. It's healthy to acknowledge the past (i.e., it's not healthy to run from the past), and it's important to know how your experiences have shaped you, but it's also important to look into how you can overcome your faults. The mindset you need to craft is one that looks forward and treats the past as valuable, though untouchable. Your situation mirrors mine in a lot of ways. Grew up shy, content in my own skin and unaware that I wasn't capitalizing the way other people did. I began to realize my fear of women when I was on the plane back from my study abroad, having been surrounded by foreign women for the entirety of the 4 months and I didn't even lock lips with a single person. The defensive technique that got me through the day was to remember that there's always folks out there who have it worse than you (e.g., a good bud I met on that study abroad was a 24-year-old who lost his V within weeks of me meeting him). It's not wrong to be patient. I lost my V at 22, about a week after graduating. I'm 25 now, but I still get that feeling of awkwardness when 'experienced' people who've had girlfriends talk about relationships 'cause I've only been on a handful of serious dates in my life. It will get better. I had issues due to blue pill conditioning. I always drew my validation from women instead of within myself. I was in a great party scene and fucked a lot of girls, but it was all one night stand type stuff. Nothing lasted longer than 6 weeks. It led to alcoholism and mental health issues because I always thought there was something wrong with me that I couldn't keep these girls.

I swooped a long term relationship with a girl of my dreams. Unfortunately, she was a nightmare. The hot crazy scale is real, girls who have been hot their whole lives are basket cases by their mid-twenties. I had to get the fuck out of it after a year, but it taught me a bunch and finally ended that emptiness that came from drawing my validation from girls. The elusive LTR showed me that none of it matters, women are fucking jokes and subject to the whims of their emotion (and they know it) so why would you draw your self worth from that?

I work on me and treat women like the children they are, and they love it. Went monk mode last month to study for grad school and buy a house. I'm happier than I ever have been.

It most certainly has warped me. I didn't become my own person until 27 to be honest and everything I did to better myself and all the philosophies in life I thought "I created" on my own to being a better person amazingly all got summed up when I learned about TRP and realized I had swallowed that pill long before anyone even ever wrote it out more formally. It was fucking MINDBLOWING to realize one day that when I walked into a room, I was "that guy" that got his way because of his looks. People were nicer, service was better, and I felt like I was a presence in the room.
Even after really grooming myself into a person I envisioned worth becoming, I'd still date WAY lower than myself because the childhood/teenage/young adult memories of being fat, slobby, lazy, and ill-mannered ways still haunt me. I think we all subconsciously understand what those behaviours (e.g., holding eye contact, or using lowering voice intonation) mean - that we claim high status in the tribe. I was really afraid at first when doing it. But after some time, I grew into it. I guess my subconscious was like "well, if I behave like an alpha male, and all the people around me treat me like I'm an alpha male, then probably I am an alpha male".

In fact, just by being you, you maybe dodged a lot of bullets. Young guys don't make good decisions, especially when the little head has taken over the thinking. You probably don't see it now as I imagine that you haven't kept in contact with very many of the girls from your class in high school.

I am 40, and by my reckoning absurdly young to be a grandfather, yet I have met a lot of women from my class of high school that had 6 and 7 year old grandkids (the math works both ways on that). At best they were pregnant when they graduated. I wanted to get laid, I was like a dog chasing a tire in that respect, but I didn't get there. Thankfully, it didn't happen. What would my life have been had I got with one of these extremely fertile girls (seriously, breathing on them the wrong way might induce pregnancy, you know)?

Take what you learned and go forward. Enjoy life.

I doubt most regular plugged in chaps really fucked allot of chicks. You were probably more alike your peers than you thought. Allot of guys are in Oneitis relationships which they use as a buffer to avoid approaching and rejection by other women. They aren't as experienced as you think. All except for Chad.

I didnt get laid till I was 26, build up my confidence over the next 2 years and had a lot of fun racking up my count till I met a wonderful woman at 32 and got married last month.

I still feel like I missed out on a large part of my developing adult life, and cring so bad thinking of all the ways I screwed myself early on. But I feel like I got a pretty good sampling in my time. There is always that nagging feeling of inadequacy that pops up here and there but overall I am a much happier person.

Also got super depressed being single when I turned 30 and let me tell you, it was like the poon flood gates opened after that.

You are always going to second guess yourself about life, just try to enjoy it and make the best of what you have now.

I had an early bloom that turned into a ten year dry spell. Once I got out I had some catching up to do because I felt like you describe. Most of that sex was bad, and I wish I had reconsidered my standards at the time.

I'm 22 as well, short, was unpopular in highschool. Lost my virginity age 17. At this point I've fucked around 50 girls and have 2 girlfriends that know about each other. So, no I would say that it doesn't fuck with my head personally.
