Yeah, it doesn't sound like you have much of a case to claim rape. BUT, i would pursue this immediately while the information is fresh in your mind & in the mind of any others who might have seen how drunk you were or the events begin to unfold (you getting in the taxi with her) It's a long shot, but by gathering all the evidence (testimony) & making the claim NOW, & not later, it makes the claim at least SEEM more valid.

As pointed out, it probably won't help with child support should the worst case scenario unfold in the long run.... but at minimum it does show lack of consent & strongly implies intent on her part to intentionally disregard "precautions" & get pregnant. Again, worst case scenario (its yours) you are still going to be liable for statutory child support, but hopefully, not one red-cent more.

If you can deny her any income from the child and make it inconvenient as hell for her to try and be involved as a mother there is a good chance she will abort. It's probably a great plan for her though, now she has an income.

Short term you need proof that she is actually pregnant and that the kid is yours.

Long term, don't plan on getting along with her. She has a "milk him dry" plan, you have a "let's be reasonable plan". Eventually that's going to clash, get used to it. It really is in her best interests to go through with this. But you don't have to be an easy ride.
