The sad part is men really do know our value better than we do. That’s why some of them feel they have to manipulate us to keep us around. If women truly knew how many options they had and how many great men would kill for a chance with us we wouldn’t put up with ANY bs. We have all the power. Men need us so much more then we will ever need them.

Now I know why my ex went as far as to get me a treadmill. He admitted when I went on my 30 minute walks he'd get "wildly insecure" lmao. I still chose the fresh air over that treadmill in the office room.

Also remember how a guy told me I would be very attractive in the country I wanted to move to (he comes from there) but tried to sabotage my weight that’s is a huge factor is attraction there. Now it makes sense.

I sometimes feel insecure and this helped me realize it’s because I really do sometimes feel like my wonderful boyfriend could do better. I get my sane moments and feel confident in my worth. I’ve just really been struggling with it since I started birth control this month.
