I'm dogsitting for a friend in a big building (I'm on the 23rd floor - it's a big high rise of apartments). I was meeting a couple of friends for dinner and stepped on the elevator going down to the parking garage. Some random dude was in the elevator looking pissed right when the doors opened. It was just the two of us, and then the elevator slowed to floor 7. Right when it started slowing, he said "are you fucking kidding me?" Another woman got on and we smiled at each other. He got off annoyed and pissed on his floor.

Like, okay, I get everyone has a bad day and all that - but do you know what I do when things like that happen? I say that shit in my head so I don't make everyone around me feel uncomfortable for just living their lives and trying to get somewhere. I only ever hear men openly whine and complain about dumb shit like having to wait 2.5 seconds to get off an elevator. All his comment made me feel was how immature and toddler-like his emotional capacity must be. It also solidified my feelings on why I hate being around men in public - they can barely hold their negative emotions together.

I know it's not a big deal, but jesus christ...motherfucker, you live in a gigantic building with a million people living here on like, 40 floors. And you're going to get irrationally pissed cause the door opened twice?

Okay.
