I honestly find this as a sign your game is beginning to get very good. The better i got with game the more this started to happen because you open them up emotionally very quickly.

I literally had this girl I had opened about 10 minutes earlier and cold read some pretty deep shit about her crying on my shoulder and saying how safe she feels with me.

Woman know that if they can invoke your "captain save a hoe" reflex, they can bind you easier. Many strong man and all weak man fall for this.

By stating their traumas they:

Make you feel protective towards them. Try to turn you into their white knight.
Have an excuse to blame their potential shitty behavior.
Make you feel pity, so you tolerate them more.
Push you to form a more emotional relationship. For many, it is harder to bootycall someone who feels connected to you deep enough to tell their traumas.

This is a tactic. It is an indicator of having good game but don't let it distract your approach. Stay silent or say "Past is past." while smiling. You can't save anyone and don't have to. Proceed as usual. Have fun.

Been seeing a few as of late that opened up about their troublesome past REAL fast.

How do you respond to them when they start confiding their shit. I have women confiding fucked things me but I clearly feel out of place. I may feel bad for them but I can't figure the right words/ actions. I don't believe nor feel comfortable in feeding someone platitudes like "It will get better, It'll be fine, blah blah blah". Maybe because if I were confiding in someone, I would prefer silent listening and emphatic grunts/ nods but nothing more. Nothing that the confidant would say would change how I feel so the platitudes are meaningless to me.

Yes, it's a HUGE red flag.

Had this girl, I was spooning her and suddenly I noticed that she had cuts on her forearm. I didn't even say anything about it. She noticed that I saw it and started crying and telling me how she cut herself in the past because of trauma's. Noped the fuck out of there.

Then had a plate in the past. I was watching a movie with her, she was maybe my plate for 1 month. She got a message on her phone and got all quiet. Things were starting to become awkward and suddenly she said that she had to say something. Her aunt texted her that her father is acting strange again and my plate decide to tell whole her life story to me about her alcoholic dad.

I guess it's because they feel comfortable around you. They feel like they can tell you anything, when in fact, it's too fast to be telling stuff like that and makes the girl look unstable. I agree that it's a huge turn off, everyone has their own problems, no way you should be telling this to someone you're not even close with.
