We come to this sub to share knowledge, lift each other up, and vent about how the patriarchy ruins relationships of all kinds. I rarely come across a comment where a woman is genuinely saying that she hates men, but if I do, I know it’s usually coming from a place of hopelessness or just generally being overwhelmed by how men treat women. Many women come here to talk about the negative aspects of dealing with men and the factual, real, statistically valid dangers of existing in a male-centric world.

I fail to see the hate in this group. To me, it’s a “meaning-making” sub. We take the trauma, pain, sadness, hopelessness, and powerlessness we feel at not being able to get men to stop raping, murdering, abusing, manipulating, gaslighting, belittling, objectifying, and using women, and we take that as an opportunity to transform our lives.
