I'm not sure if what they care for is "inclusion" as much as the feeling of victimhood. Every feminist issue basically boils down to their being oppressed by men. The "wage gap" is not an issue of different choice by different genders, it's male oppression. The "pink tax" is not a matter of different demographics ready to pay a different price for a good, it's male oppression. And so it is with this new "problem".

You don't hear women crying about being not being "included" in low-paying jobs, or in the majority of suicides or work fatalities. That's because it's never been about "inclusion" or "equality", it has only ever been about feeling like a victim of men and the righteous outrage you get to experience from it.

Whenever women do well or excel at something men are immediately blamed for not doing as well as them.

Whenever women do not perform as well, do not excel, or never even turned up (as in the majority of technical subjects, STEM engineers, astronauts, etc) men are blamed for oppressing them.

At some point we need to admit as a society that something, somewhere, at some time, might just be a woman's fault.

However in the case of this spacewalk the answer was just that one of the women previously found a differently sized suit more comfortable, and that size wasn't available without more time/effort/risk.

They just don't have the skills to think in terms of scarcity, because they expect to always have abundance.

Space is the ultimate limit in terms of scarcity and opportunity cost: you can't just make random choices in space out of a whim.
