What I do if I got time to think about sex or just have any free time, I'll go out on mini road trips try new restaurants or places. Try chatting up women in real life and you won't waste your time online messaging these girls on these apps. Just don't put women on a pedostol or make them your God, you'll be good.

I have a very strong sex drive. If I knew today was my last day, I'd probably get off about 5 times in an evening. My sex drive is exactly the same as it was when I was 13.

I stopped wishing it would disappear, I try my best to use that energy for platonic relationships.

I tried doing the whole nofap thing and it was great up until 2 months where I started having rape fantasies and dreams. Like, I couldn't imagine myself doing something like that but then I could, and that scared the shit outta me.

Now I try to focus on being nice to people, especially the old because it's very likely they are lonely and need someone to talk to. I've found this dampens my libido and has more meaning.

I think of libido like eating, just enough to stay alive but you don't need to be a glutton. There's other people who are hungry (I mean like in the lonely sense) that would appreciate a kind ear.

If you haven't guess I was raised strict catholic and I can only feel good if I feel guilty about something. Lol

No. If there's one thing I've learnt from feminism is the dangers of thinking you can have your cake and eat it too.

I haven't dug into the research, but I do believe testosterone plays an integral part in making men, men. You'll never know what you had until you no longer have it.

The way I look at it, it's a constant struggle with your sex drive, but which gets better with practice. We are fortunate to live in a time where there are plenty of options available to express it without having to take egregious risks (like marriage).

If none of those options seem adequate to you, then perhaps what you're looking for is female validation - a desire for affection, to be wanted sexually. That's understandable but unfortunately quite unrealistic in the modern age of female supremacy.
