Why not stop mutilating children’s genitals, period?

It seems so archaic that we blindly follow Kellogg’s weird point of view. He actually wanted both boys and girls mutilated but was only successful with boys. Rooted in the same anti-sexual pleasure motivation.

In addition to traditional reasons, I think even religious reasons should be avoided. Only medically necessary procedures.

If he ends up hating being intact, he can consent to be circumcised later in his life. If he hates being circumcised, he’s out of luck. Even assuming the ridiculous things people claim about being intact are true, he can easily change it.

The loving thing to do is to recognize that an infant son is a human person who has rights of his own separate and distinct from his parents.

It is his life, his body, his penis, his foreskin, and it is his right to decide for himself when he is of age.

I get that this might be unpopular, but I’m all for men’s rights and I’m the biggest anti feminist you’ll meet. I’m also cut. And can I just say that I feel like this debate is doing much more harm to us then good. It’s turning us against one and over. Quite frankly, im extremely glad I’m cut, and I believe my parents made the right decision. On the other hand, I get that some other men might be glad that they’re not. But really who cares. Is it worth fighting over? It’s just another medical procedure, one that is actually necessary for some people who get infections, and whether you are or not, I really don’t think it’s oppressive towards men. Like I said, I’m a massive men’s rights activist, and I’m glad I’m cut. I think our attention would be much better spent combating the radical feminist in the areas like quotas, aswell as looking at male suicide, prison sentences ect. I respect all your opinions as men, and I hope you respect mine.
