First, since almost everything starts with "You feel" how could anyone prove a false accusation?

Second, as we've seen in so many posts to this sub, it ain't true, schools don't care if boys are falsely accused, they protect false accusers.

Girl one of:

Now maybe y'all are complaining about this being the truth, and if that's the case, then I'll grab my pitchfork. But if you're complaining because you think this is a lie that is being taught, you are just off base.

Sexual harassment is, literally, unwanted sexual attention. The only person who knows whether it is wanted or unwanted is the person who is the subject of the attention. If it is wanted, then it is flirting. If it is unwanted, then it is harassment.

It sucks, but it be.
