So much for the police and media protecting the identity and rights of male juveniles. I noticed they didn't mention the name, interview nor post the picture of the female criminal who abandoned and left the baby for dead.

This is infuriating, why did they single this child out to harass? Based on what is he being accused of being the parent of this child? Why did they question him without a parent present? There is so muc wrong with this article. I know that in California, for a number of years, men could be named the legal father of children just by the word of the mothers, they might not even be served appropriatetly to know that they were named as the presumed fathers until their wages began to be garnished. There is so much wrong with this.

So who is the real victim here? Sure, it sucks at the moment for the 14 year old boy. But a DNA test will promptly clear him. In the meantime, we have a pregnant 14 year old girl. Too scared to tell anyone she was pregnant. Who went through labor and delivery alone, with no medical help. Do you have any idea how hard that is? How painful? How dangerous? Who abandoned her baby, trying to keep this wretched secret. Who was it? Her step-father or Mom's new boyfriend or some other piece of shit? Odds are strongly in favor of it being an adult male. I hope they track him down and put him in prison. Just remember that this very young mother is also a victim.
