I need some advice from this group. I woke about 3:45 this morning with a dream that my STBXW begged me to get back with her but after I found out she slept with this douchebag guy I know. Of course in my dream, I told her to go pound sand. Even though it was a dream and I won in the dream, it really rubbed me the wrong way and I really didn't sleep much after that.

My STBXW and I were married for 3 years and together for 5.5. I lost my virginity to her but she had slept with several other dudes before me. Even though it rubbed me the wrong way when we first started dating, I eventually grew to look past it. This dream really brought back some of those emotions from when we started dating combined with everything else I'm going through. I am a very religious person so celebacy means a lot to me.

Any tips to get over these dreams? This isn't the first one I've had, but this one was the worst.
