So we’ve been doing the dance for like over a year now. She filed in June of last year and then we tried to reconcile, I planned to push it forward in December she tried to kill herself. I let her come home and try to get right but here we are again. So, here is my question: how realistic to get what I want?

Min 50/50 (obviously shouldn’t be an issue she threw a phone and broke a tv in front of our kids one day and attempted suicide the next.)

On top of that I have countless texts of her hateful speech to me (I never once even cuss at her). She talks about killing herself and stuff multiple times.

Dates she was to hungover to function and missed work and didn’t take kids to school

All the days I had to leave work to take care of my kids because she was “done”

All the money she’s spent on herself (purses, Botox etc)

She quit her job when she got out of the mental institution (I told her not to again this is like a week after me saying I’m out)

She packed a bag and left in front of the kids last week (came home 3 hours later but damage was done)

I do most/all housework, all grocery shopping, all cooking, all school work, all bedtime routines the 5-6 nights a week I’m home from work, I get up to get kids ready for school even on days where I got home at 1am from work the night before.

All I want is 50/50 min custody. The house (she can’t afford it and I can give her equity). I will pay her car/medical in lieu of her getting any of my pension. Split the remainder of the debt or I take it and she takes smaller cut of equity on the way out.
