After many months of selling my home, getting moved to another state, etc..the divorce is final! Came away with money from the sale of the house (ex and I split the profits), my 401k was never touched, and we never hired attorneys. Quite literally the only thing I lost was my wife in this whole ordeal. I realize I have come away with more money and my freedom (we didn’t have any kids, we were married 10 years)….but damn I still miss her and she’s made it clear she misses me. I’ll never really understand why we got divorced, she’s told me we should get back together….we both still love each but damn it’s fun being single at times, but also very lonely….sorry rant over boys, I am officially divorced!
