41M with looming divorce. What do men in my position do to prepare and endure such a harsh reality? Do's and don'ts? So painful.

Edit: Sorry, new to this. Wife is 42F, 1 son 13 yrs old, 1 daughter 9 yrs old. I pay all the bills including mortgage. Been married for almost 15 yrs, together for almost 25 yrs.

She works and earns approx 50k/yr, I earn $150/yr. No credit card debt or nasty spending habits.

I'm not abusive in any form. I genuinely love my wife and admit to heavy co-dependency. She didn't work for over 12 years to raise our kids. I believe she fell out of love with me over numerous arguments. She never admits to wrong doing, denies things, leaves overnight places and doesn't communicate. She in many ways refuses to let our love rise to the surface. She wants everything her way and threatens divorce if she doesn't get it. Can never get her on the phone and rarely by text.
