Been married to her for 4 years. There's nothing in our text messages that is nefarious, but she will 100% try to make something nefarious out of text messages, if you know what I mean. I'm filing for divorce next week after finding out she cheated on me when I was at home watching our 3 year old daughter. We are still under the same roof. I could access her phone. Our phones are on one account together that is in my name. If I wipe her text messages between us, can it backfire? I simply do not want to leave anything out there that could be turned around on me as if I did something wrong.
