Dont do that by erasing part of your history. Kids has the right to see them unless you are into parental alineation (that is a typical move of alienator who trash old pics of the erased parent) you are better than that. Unless she tried to put you in jail or similar, I would have even send her back the pics fi she wants them.

I’d let her know you have them and give them back. If she doesn’t get back to you about it then you can trash them, but I’d feel bad if I didn’t give her the opportunity to collect them, it’s a karma thing.

Depends on how nasty the divorce was. During her move out, I caught a video of my ex bragging to her mom that I'm a fool who doesn't know how expensive those tupperware containers are she was taking. After seeing that I had no remorse throwing out anything she forgot. Maybe your relationship was different.

If it’s her stuff, I would tell her. If she doesn’t want it, then do as you wish. This way you’re acting above board and can’t be accused of destroying her possessions.

If it’s just pictures of her, I would try to get those back to her. Mail them to her if you don’t want to see her.

Just label them and keep them. Decide later to throw away.

Decisions like this should not be made lightly and you will likely look at the decision with different eyes 5-10 years post divorce

These kinds on "memories" discussions are not good to have close to divorce or recently divorced. Finding memories of a shared past is kind of like unearthing an emotional land mine.

Nothing is gained by stepping into an emotional land mine. So keep the stuff and decide years later or throw it out when you move.
