Yes you can, be respectful of your partner and honest about your intentions. Plus do what you can to make sure both sides enjoy it - the orgasm gap is real, and yes you can not only have hookups but are more likely to have them.

By hookup, do you mean causal sex without the intent of having a relationship with this person? Sure, there’s nothing redpill about that. The RP part of hookups is usually manipulative tactics to get women to sleep with you under false pretenses. Plenty of men and women have respectful, mutually satisfying hookups with no ill intent.

For example: you are a very stressed college student with a heavy work and internship/volunteering/extra curricular activists - you know you don’t have the time and space to be in a functioning relationship. You go out with friends and meet a cute women who is in a similar headspace, y’all get along, things get flirty, and you hook up with the understanding that it’s not going anywhere further - but you admire/respect one another and can appreciate the fun time together for what it was. Nothing RP about these experiences.

Redpill sees women as some kind conquest to be won and then they look down on the women who sleeps with them. That’s not hookup culture, that’s blatant misogyny and hypocrisy. So don’t do that.

If you actually talk to people in these movements, I can guarantee the one's not getting laid are the ones that have "seen through the matrix" are the ones getting laid the least. I think I'll stick with the bluepill, or, whatever pill I've always been taking because it sure does seem to be highly effective. (Fun fact, the red pill is literally estrogen. Google the Wachowski sister commentary on this.)
