How do you get rid of it? Right now I'm only seeing 2 options. Staying single forever because nobody can cheat on me if I never date or try to date and try to live with the uncertainty. With option 2, I know I'll always be stressed, jealous and accusing my partner all the time. Seriously, if most people are in relationships, how can they trust their partners not to cheat?

I was not like this before plunging in the redpill/blackpill/incel stuff. No matter what statistic I read, blog, subreddit, nobody knows the real percentage of people who cheat. From study to study, post to post, the numbers are never the same. The only thing for sure is that too many people cheat.

I've googled trust issues and mental health issues linked to trust and the only thing coming up is Paranoid Personality Disorder. Which I probably don't have since I only meet the criteria of accusing/fearing partners cheating without proof.

It seems I'm the only person fearing/ruminating on this. Most people are in relationships right? How can men be at ease when their wives are "out with the girls" or vice-versa.

I guess infidelity is just poorly documented or studied. Reddit isn't helping much since it's only anecdotes of people saying stuff like "ThE rIgHt PaRtNeR wIlL nEvEr dO ThAT" or "JuSt TrUsT HeR BrO". My problem is that! Just trusting! I can't!

Is it inevitable? Should I just expect every girlfriend to cheat by default? Never mind that's what I already do! Seriously, I'm at a loss here. I would like a relationship in the future but the fear of being cheated on is stopping me from even attempting anything. It's like playing arm wrestling with the fear and the fear is always winning.
