There are plenty of demi sexual girls out there, ya know. I myself am on the spectrum of demi. I never look at a physical body and feel lust. But I do develop "the hots" for someone who I Intellectually, emotionally, and spiritually connect with. Doesn't matter what they look like. I cannot speak on how physically attractive my fiance is, but I lust after him all the time because he is so smart and emotionally intelligent.

People do have physical preferences. There's nothing wrong with that. But you could be hot and yet alone because if a shitty personality. Sure, optimimally you'd be hot and have a good personality and be a good person. But no one is perfect.

If you're that worried about looks, you could focus on clothing style (including personal colors) and creating facial harmony by changing your hair (and glasses if you have them) to match your face shape. (I'd even say try getting glasses even if you don't need them as they can elevate certain outfits.) This could help you feel more confident in yourself. It did make me feel confident to an extent, anyways.

I am demisexual. I have lusted intensely over guys that are nowhere near conventionally attractive. Absolutely nothing is hotter than true compatability to me.

It is very possible you will meet someone who feels this way about you. Just pursue the things you are passionate about, as a means of meeting people. It might take a while, but youll probably make a lot of like minded friends along the way -which is a nice bonus.

I also know plenty of dudes that are very convenationally unattractive that ALWAYS have girls lusting over them. In those cases, i truly believe a little bit of confidence (and a lot of personality) go a LONG way. People can sense your lack of confidence, so fake it until it becomes real - because it will. Be kind to yourself. Its much easier for people to love you when you love yourself. Flaws and all.
