I think this is mostly a point that is made when red pillers discuss women initiating divorce. So they're logic is, woman initiating divorce = conditional love, man not initiating divorce = unconditional.

There's many studies that point out that men are more likely to leave their partners when they are ill, while women are more likely to stay and take care of their partners in sickness.

Even with that point, I would strongly argue that there's things that one has to do in order for their relationship to continue. It's not realistic to think that you'll stay in a relationship with a person that you are mistreating. Just my 2 cents on the topic

Quite frankly, it is a disingenuous misrepresentation of the fact that romantic relationships require upkeep.

A lot of dudes idealize that they are loyal because they'll never break up with you once they picked you. Doesn't matter if they bully you, ignore you, dismiss you and/or actively detract from your enjoyment of life every day - they are there no matter what, and that's what matters.

Once you've presented unconditional and therefore superior love as this fully passive process, then obviously anyone who expects love to be an active process sounds like they don't really love you, when they point out the ways your love hurts and disappoints them.

In my experience men rarely do the breaking up this is true. What they do do is cheat, lie, physically emotionally sexually and financially abuse women. And then somehow act like they were unconditionally loving when they got broken up with because of their sick disgusting s*** that they do. They want us to just sit there and put up with it while they have their cake and eat it too. And then they're surprised when we show that we have self-respect and self love that doesn't allow us to stay with someone who treats us like that

Women put themselves in a lot of pain and hardship to literally create life/give birth. The most unconditional love there is besides dying for someone else, which is what people compare pregnancy and birth to.

It comes from the environments the red pill leads these guys to. If you are, realistically, making more money you expose yourself to more women who operate like this. Same if you're consuming content by these men. Same if you're looking at the most masculine men and seeing the opportunities they have.

There is something to be said about gender dynamics though.
