What the redpill taught me:

• Love isn't real. Men are loved for what they provide

• Showing emotions makes you weak

• All men are horrible

• All women are horrible

• All women cheat and lie

• Women constantly are trying to find someone better... Hypergamy

• Sex is the most important thing in a relationship and without it, a relationship will fail

• If they're not having sex with you it's because you're unattractive to them, or they're cheating

• If you don't have enough sex they'll leave you for someone else

• Only looks, status, and money matter for anything

What I learned:

• Love is real. True love has nothing to do with what you can provide. It isn't conditional

• Showing emotions is a sign of strength. It takes courage to be vulnerable and truthful to yourself and others

• There are no good or bad people, men or women. Everyone is on a path and dealing with their own insecurities or traumas in their own way.

• Everyone has the capability to cheat or lie, but that doesn't mean that they will. It's out of your control either way.

• If someone leaves you for another person, that has nothing to do with you

• Sex is not the gateway to a happy relationship. It doesn't define who you are or how your partner feels about you. There are couples who have sex, and couples who don't. That doesn't define the status or health of their relationship.

• Looks, status, and money are all superficial displays of value. They reflect nothing about someone's character, morals, or value as a human being. They are only the metrics of ascending a meaningless social structure.
