It's like any ideological ontology - inconsistent and you'll always find some believer who disagrees, but in general:

Redpill was born out of pick up artistry and is all about "self improvement" plus strategies to get with women which amount to emotional abuse (hot/cold games, obfuscating feelings, treating others as though they don't deserve agency or shouldn't be believed about their own motivations). It does work in a very toxic way and attracts other broken people (in particular, narcissists, people with boundary issues and insecurity).
There's a separate movement called MGTOW - Men Going Their Own Way. Their identity seems to be centered around talking about how they don't need women, and make it a point of pride that they don't engage with the opposite sex.

Red Pillers may or may not be able to “get girls.” What is (generally) common among them is a belief system that is dehumanizing and degrading to both men and women.

There are women who live and believe in healthy relationships, and there are women who don't.

Redpill often contradicts itself because lots of people can claim to be redpill but have there own ideas. Mostly it’s conservative traditional values warped with some narcissism/entitlement or pure insecurities. To the gurus online, it’s a grift to make money by making their viewers feel angry and inadequate. So there really is no “true” redpill the way it’s looking online right now.

What would be more helpful to you is to learn to think critically for yourself and stop looking for sone influencer to tell you how to live your life.

A woman who calls herself a “baddie” and expects dudes to pay for her and take her traveling and likes taking selfies in luxury cars, houses, clothes and who defines her value by how much a dude spends on her might be drawn more to redpill alpha bros (or just sugar daddies basically).

A woman like my fiancé who admires intelligence, kindness, and authenticity and doesn’t want a some provider aloha bro because she’s self-sufficient would laugh at anyone who tries Redpill tactics on her.

I feel like you don’t seem to understand there are different kind of women out there. If you’re surrounded by women who feel comfortable with you saying stuff like “I’m trying to get bitches”, then I really don’t have any advice for you because I don’t associate with those type of men/women. I will say, if you live somewhere where there’s a lot of poverty, more people (both men and women) are looking for opportunities (like wealthy spouses or quick money jobs). You gotta decide what kind of man you want to be and what kind of people you want associate with.

Can you lie and neg women and get a really insecure woman to have sex with you? Sure, maybe. Is that the kind of dude you want to be? That question is on you.

The thing is that people tend to go fully retard with and by into everything when something resonates with them. Some things that actually is good life advice for both men and women, like take care of your physical health, love yourself and have dignity and to not seek external validation gets rebranded like some sort of new discovery and then lumped in with the most disgusting and cynical ideas known to man. Very dangerous for young people with less experience of critical thinking.

Red pill- someone who has had the realisation who is 'awake' to the facts that the rest of the world doesn't see how feminism is toxic and a lie and that men are getting majorly fucked over by everyone.

Blue pill- someone who 'simps' over women, maybe its a guy who has feminist beliefs and gets walked over by women and all of society but he is not awake to this fact.

I think redpill is quite a big umbrella but I always think its more to do with MGTOW or men going their own way. I think now it includes other paranoid men who don't want to be lonely but may have had a few bad experiences in dating and now refuse to be treated in whatever way it was that was an issue for them, gone done a path of 'self improvement' so he can have the upper hand and have 'whatever bitch he wants' because 'he is an alpha', when actually he's fallen down a rabbit hole where other bitter men make him even more bitter, paranoid and cynical.

I first became aware of redpill about 7 years ago, though I'm not sure how long it's actually been around for.. and I wish it would fade away but it just won't, it's growing.

I've yet to see any successful, happy and fulfilled person with redpill beliefs unless you include the youtubers who spread its hateful and bitter message.

This seems like trolling. Not a real question but a statement meant to demean. What you’re describing are Incels. They’re involuntarily celibate because can’t attract women. That’s very common in recent years thanks to social media and women finding 80% of men unattractive. Red pillers often divorced men who went red pill during divorce process or their interactions with women AFTER the divorce. I didn’t know what red pill was but I was sorta there myself as I really got to know female nature while online dating during time I was separated from my wife and working towards divorce. It was astonishing to me recently while on YouTube how the behaviors and life situations guys like Coach Adams or Rich Cooper described were exact behaviors I encountered in real life in the past 10 years. Red pill is an awareness of female nature meant to guide you in your interactions with women. Being aware of red flags is important as most women today in the dating market have at least one and often several.

Some get girls by applying redpill thinking. But notice that it's only a particular type of girl who falls for them, typically the ones with deep psychological issues or someone who is easily manipulated. Ok. So everyone explained to you how your language is juvenile. But tell me, when did men start believing every random man on the internet? How do you know they get girls? Cos they tell you? You might be too young to understand this but I have two theories….. 1) all the red pill elite are older, fairly average looking men, with bland personalities and boring voices. I think they were the invisible men in school and university. And they resented this. Now they have a podium to gain power over other men and stick it to all who didn’t notice them.

2) there is an agenda to break down and weaken western society as a whole. Feminism is making women hate men. Red pill and mgtow is making men hate women. So as much as red pill pretends to want to help men, it is not. Look, don't overthink this. The Red Pill is basically that attraction/ relationships between male and females a isn't simple. Men and women can treat each other badly and as a male you have you strengthen yourself to deal with rejection, being dumped , or cheated on. If your overlooked by women as young man you still have hope as you grow in life and walk in confidence in yourself. For all the criticism RP gets that's basically what t means. With that no your not doomed to an existence alone because your a virgin, not rich , or extravagant lifestyle. Also Women like Men are flawed beings so don't get angry or bitter if you get mistreated by them just keep moving on being a good decent person.
