If we don't want you to talk to an old crush/friend it's because we've seen you pushing boundaries with them like flirting, sharing too much, essentially things that are bordering on emotional cheating, not to mention if you've had sex in the past, or still seem to have strong chemistry etc. But yeah, he conveniently left those things out.
