That’s actually a great lesson - never get any surgery or procedure done just because your man wants you to change something about your body. Do it only if you truly want to.

Also If he didn’t want any kids he would simply get a vasectomy. He just didn’t want to have kids with her.

They mostly want kids, they change their minds, I'm in a LTR with a guy I chose because he said he wanted to be child-free and have us live in hedonism lol, guess what, 5 years later started saying shit "one kid wouldn't hurt", so go figure. I'm young enough to have multiple if I wanted, but I don't let him nowhere near me without protection, fuck pregnancy until I'm 100% sure I want it. Fuck what he wants, he gets no vote, lol :D

That being said, I wouldn't tie a tie for him, let alone my tubes.
