Wished this was ingrained in us rather than the, "there are lots of other fishes out there in the sea". Whenever I dated someone and it went south, I had the mentality that I would find someone better in no time. Now, I am more than happy to be single. If it's aligned in my stars to be with a HVM, I will take it. Otherwise, I am perfectly fine enjoying my own company. I would rather focus on my needs, health, and career than focus on a LVM like no thank you.
