Good for you and congrats on your new awesome life! I left my pos narc about 3 months ago. Best decision ever. Best advice I can give is to go total no contact. It speeds up the healing process significantly. I actually deactivated all of my SM so that helped a lot too...now I don't even want to go back to that either ..another waste of my time just like my ex.
