I made an entire beautiful garden wonderland for my ex in the condo we lived in. Flowers everywhere, butterflies birds and frogs visiting constantly. Cute porch furniture. He never wanted to go out there with me. It was either "too hot" or "too cold" at any time.

He's been living somewhere else without me for the past year, unemployed, and I know (because I asked) he's gone outside for a walk once. One single time when I invited him to do it. And there's a park on the water a block away. He was the same when he was making a comfortable salary too.

I'm as nerdy and loving of gaming binges as the next scrote, and I get staying up late and being lazy and even being messy. But not going outside except for groceries, for months on end, is so fucked up unhealthy to me. Only moving your legs from bed to computer to bed for weeks and weeks. He looks like a god damn ghost. I'm never dating anyone who does this ever again.

Oh my god. Yes. My ex boyfriend would tell me I was stuck-up, pretentious, a snob etc. if I wanted to go anywhere that didn't have a kid's menu or a television. He made me feel really ashamed.

Dude was in a fraternity, studied business, spent hundreds of dollars on booze every week and wanted to play the "that is so bourgeois" card with me.

And I fell for it. 🤦🏼‍♀️
