Women who engage in this kind of banter are engaging in Cool Girl pick-me nonsense. They think they're signalling how chill and fun they are, but they're really only signalling that they're open to interacting in a trashy, vulgar way with men. I used to do this shit - go along with locker room talk, try to show how special and unique I was, demonstrate that I'm not like the other girls. It's embarrassing to look back on and I'm glad I grew out of it eventually.
