Her luggage was outside the house and he had the locks changed on her, all because of his own insecurities. How clear could it be that he’s not interested in having a conversation.

Also the biggest red flag in the world that he “dislikes” her supportive family members to the point that she hesitated calling them for help

I ended up calling my sister - something I initially avoided because I didnt want to "stir the pot" by involving family member who already disliked my husband.

So the abuse has been longstanding then.

This is also why I’m hella suspicious when women are encouraged to not get friends/family “involved” in their relationships by talking to them about what’s going on. LVM operate best when there’s no accountability and they can control the complete narrative.
