Because women keep pampering and mommying them but at the same time still treat them as greater than women.

Women need to be ruthless and firm - save your empathy and care for toddlers, babies, animals, orphans - those who actually deserve them. A potential partner does not need your care, he needs to prove that he is the best qualified partner for you.
