Don’t get me wrong, I love video games but porn and gaming for men are both the same addiction except gaming doesn’t focus on women or sex.

Do not date an obsessive gamer. I even once came across a Naked Challenge TikTok video where the girlfriend came into the room while her boyfriend was playing a game, told her he was busy, and even got mad at her for interrupting his game.

My LVM ex used to talk on discord with his buddies while gaming and I heard his friends telling their WIVES AND CHILDREN that they are busy. Literally the wife one time said "please babe let me give you a blowjob" and he said "no later". Gamers are the worst. They're basically dopamine addicts. It's pathetic how they're so dependent on tapping plastic and staring at a screen for their identity and self worth and happiness.

Anyone who has to spend so long in fantasy is probably not very mentally healthy. Probably can't cope with real life problems because they want to be happy all the time and high on dopamine. Being rewarded for killing things also isn't good imo

Then there's the fact games have a lot of misogyny in them with the way the women characters are presented and dressed, and it can be a toxic community, and the women in the gaming workplace are treated badly. And all that 'waifu' shit. My ex called me a waifu once and God I'm not a violent person but I really wanted to hit him..

It becomes a top priority in their life and all their friends then encourage each other to continue, so they couldn't quit if they wanted to because they've got to be 'one of the boys'. Like I've got to fight for attention with a frickin screen? You'd rather stare at a screen all day than have a good relationship with me?

My ex kept his play station packed away in its box in the garage and would ask me in advance if he could play for an hour on such a day so I could plan my own hobbies for then. Afterwards he would pack it all up. Only acceptable approach.
